Qwik-Flo® Ligt Molasses Pöwder are cane sugar and cane mill molasses manufactured through a proprietary co- crystallization process. The result is free-flowing sugar with the caramel molasses flavor, light brown color. The distinctive characteristics complement and enhance sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouth feel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups, sauces and seasonings. Qwik-Flo® Light Molasses Powder contains no starch carriers or flow agents and its low moisture content (less than 1.0%) results in excellent shelf-stable products which do not support microbiological growth.
